班戟材料 (4-6塊班戟):
1 隻雞蛋或雞蛋替代品(將1湯匙磨碎的奇亞籽/亞麻籽與3湯匙水混合,攪拌至凝膠狀)
40g 植物奶
40g GoGo Quinoa 有機無麩質班戟預拌粉
1/4 茶匙香草精華
2-3 茶匙 Arctic Berries 野生藍莓粉
裝飾配料:
The Nutter Company 花生醬 (粗粒)
新鮮藍莓
新鮮草莓
熱情果

方法:
1. 在一個小碗中,將雞蛋(或奇亞籽/亞麻籽混合物)與植物奶和香草精華混合,加入藍莓粉。 慢慢將濕材料混合到班戟預拌粉,攪拌至沒粉粒。 休息三分鐘。
2. 中高火加油預熱平底鍋。 鍋變熱,減少到中火。
3. 將班戟混合物倒入已加熱的平底鍋(約1/2杯),當開始看見氣泡和邊緣開始變褐時翻轉煎餅,煮至熟透。
4. 你可在班戟上添加花生醬, 新鮮藍莓, 草莓, 熱情果等,還有無麩質藜麥卜卜,最後可再撒上藍莓粉,趁熱享用!

1 egg or egg substitute (mix 1 tbsp milled chia seed/flaxseed with 3 tbsp water, stir until gelatinous)
40g plant milk
40g GoGo Quinoa pancake mix
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
2-3 tsp Arctic Berries Wild Blueberry powder
Toppings:
The Nutter Company Peanut Butter
Fresh blueberries
Fresh strawberries
Passion fruit
GoGo Quinoa Organic Gluten-free Puffed Quinoa
Method:
1. In a small mixing bowl, mix the egg (or chia/flax mixture) with plant milk and vanilla. Add blueberry powder. Slowly mix wet ingredients to the dry pancake mix avoiding any clumps. Let the mix rest for three minutes.
2. Preheat a pancake pan with oil over medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, reduce to medium heat.
3. Pour pancake mixture onto the heated pan (about 1/2 cup), flip the pancake when bubbles start to show and edges begin to brown.
4. Create your own pancake stack and add toppings such as peanut butter, fresh blueberries, strawberries, passion fruit and puffed quinoa. Sprinkle with a bit of the blueberry powder as finish. Serve when hot!
