Berry & Peanut Butter Breakfast Smoothie

材料 (兩人份):
1.5 隻熟香蕉
200 克草莓(預先放在冰櫃冷凍)
200 毫升植物奶
少許香草精華
1 湯匙無麩質燕麥
2 茶匙 Arctic Berries野莓粉
1-2 湯匙花生醬
1 湯匙香草蛋白粉 (可選用)
方法:
將所有材料放入攪拌機中,攪至變得光滑和奶油狀。 如果需要,可添加額外的植物奶以幫助混合。攪好後便倒入杯中享用!

200g frozen strawberries
200ml plant milk
Dash vanilla powder
Heaped Tbsp gluten-free oats
2 Tsp Arctic Berries Wild Berry Powder
1-2 Tbsp peanut butter
Heaped Tbsp vegan vanilla protein (optional)
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Add extra liquid to help blend if needed.
Pour into glasses to serve and enjoy!
