材料 (兩人份):
2 杯芒果和菠蘿 (預先切粒並放在冰櫃冷凍)
1 隻熟香蕉
2 湯匙 Arctic Berries 野生黑加侖子粉
少許椰子奶或杏仁奶
1 湯匙腰果或杏仁醬
方法:
將所有材料放入攪拌機中,攪至變得光滑和奶油狀。 如果需要,可添加額外的植物奶以幫助混合。攪好後便可倒入碗中享用,並撒上另一隻野莓粉作點綴!
Ingredients (Serves 2):
2 handfuls frozen mango & pineapple
1 ripe banana
2 Tbsp Arctic Power Berries – Blackcurrant Powder
Splash of coconut/almond milk
1 Tbsp almond or cashew nut butter
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz up until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk to help everything blend if needed. Sprinkle another berry powder on top.
