材料 Ingredients:
3/4 cup 蕎麥粉 Buckwheat flour
1/4 cup 有機木薯澱粉 organic tapioca flour
1 tbsp 奇亞籽(磨粉)ground chia seed
2 tsp 有機泡打粉 organic baking powder
2-4 tsp 肉桂粉 ground cinnamon
¼ tsp 鹽 salt
2 tbsp 糖漿 maple syrup (or honey)
¼ cup 蘋果容 unsweetened applesauce
1 cup 植物奶 plant milk

做法 Instructions:
1. 在大碗內,把所有乾材料拌勻。
2. 在另一個碗內,把所有濕材料拌勻。
3. 把拌勻的濕材料倒進置有乾材料的碗內,一直攪拌至拌勻。
4. 把煎鍋慢火預熱和掃油,開始煮班戟。
5. 大約30秒至1分鐘,看到邊邊煮滾開始有泡,翻轉煎另一邊,大約1至2分鐘。
6. 煮好放在碟上。最後淋上你最喜愛的糖漿和灑上野莓粉。
1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the flour, tapioca flour, chia seed, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
2. In another bowl, combine the maple syrup, applesauce, and milk.
3. Pour half of the liquid into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously.
4. Grease your pan, preheat in low heat and begin to cook the pancakes.
5. Cook for 30s to 1 minute, until they start to bubble around the edges and flip. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Remove from the pan. Serve with your favourite syrup and top with Arctic Power Berries powders.
