Gluten-free & Vegan Artisan Bread

Being able to successfully make gluten-free garden bread is a breakthrough in our recipe development! Without gluten and eggs, it is so difficult to make the dough crack during baking, and has a soft texture inside while crispy on the outside.... but we made it!

The recipe is also free of top allergens: gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and vegan.
(*Follow a nut-free recipe, but other lines process nuts, soy and sesame products.)

 

What is Artisan Bread

Artisan-style bread means bread that made by hand without baking tins with simpler ingredients. It is generally rough in appearance, heavy in weight, darker in color, hard and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Sometimes it's also called Rustic Bread.

 

4 Whole Grains

Our gluten-free artisan bread contains nutrient-rich ancient grains, unlike the gluten-free bread on the market that is only based on white rice flour. 

Our bread contains four whole grains include teff, quinoa, buckwheat and brown rice. They are good source for iron, complete protein, minerals and rutin, vitamin B1. The whole grain is also rich in dietary fiber which promote intestinal health.

Our gluten-free artisan bread is made with high-quality healthy olive oil with reduced oil recipe and no added sugar.

Multiple Pairing

Our bread goes well with sweet and savoury condiments, including honey, berries, peanut butter, smoked salmon and ham. 

Freshly Made

Our gluten-free artisan bread is only freshly made on the day of delivery, not frozen or refrigerated. If you cannot finish it within the same day, we recommend to store it in a refrigerator (0-4 degrees) and finish it within 3-4 days.

It is a normal physical phenomenon that the crust of the bread becomes "chewy" after the bread is cooled down. Simply reheat it (best by baking) to have the crispy crust and enjoy.
