無麩質餃子最怕是有著像蝦餃皮般的澱粉厚實口感,經過我們反覆的測試研發,我們終於創造了質感柔軟的餃子皮!食譜還特別加進了穀物-高粱和蕎麥-帶來身體所需的營養成分,每一口都吃得健康!
多5倍製作所需時間
由於餃子使用全無麩質食材和不使用雞蛋,餃皮欠缺筋性令它在桿皮和包餡時非常易破,因此製作所需時間比普通小麥餃子多5倍!對廚師要求的技巧也更高!
健康優質食材
餃子餡料選用健康優質食材-(1) 無激素豬肉,(2) 無農藥和金屬殘留優質水耕生菜,雖然成本貴幾倍,但我們認為品質和健康安全更重要。
有機特級初榨冷壓橄欖油
橄欖油中73%油脂主要的脂肪酸是一種叫做「油酸」的單元不飽和脂肪,研究指出油酸可幫助減少發炎,包含適量的維他命E與維他命K,富含強效抗氧化劑,可以減少發炎。
