材料 (一個8吋):
1 包 無麩質扁包預拌粉
三文魚
香菇
芥末蒔蘿醬 (或 蕃茄醬 /青醬)
方法:
1. 先用扁包預拌粉做出一個大圓形
2. 放進溫暖潮濕的地方發酵30~40分鐘
3. 放進焗爐180度焗12分鐘
4. 焗完麵包披薩底後,塗上醬料,舖上預先切好的三文魚,香菇
5. 放回焗爐繼續180度焗12~15分鐘,食得!

1 pack of gluten-free focaccia flatbread pre-mix
salmon

mustard & dill sauce (or tomato sauce /green pesto sauce)
Steps:
1. Use a gluten-free focaccia flatbread pre-mix to make a dough in big circle.
2. Put the dough in a wet & warm place to ferment for 30-40 mins.
3. Put the fermented dough in oven and bake at 180C for 12 mins.
4. After the dough is baked, add sauce and toppings.
5. Put into the oven and bake at 180C for 12-15 mins more. Done!
