材料 (3人份):
120g GoGo Quinoa 有機無麩質純素粒粒粉 (按此購買)
250g 雞柳, 切成細塊
190g 粟米粒
5-6個迷你墨西哥甜椒 (紅色, 黃色),切成細片 (參考)
4湯匙紅醬(蕃茄醬)
荷蘭芹
黑椒
鹽
做法:
1. 在沸水中粒粒粉 (可在水中加入少許醋使意大利粉質感更分明),煮約9分鐘,瀝乾備用。
2. 把鍋加油預熱,爆香甜椒,加入雞柳。可加荷蘭芹,黑椒和鹽調味。加入粟米和粒紅醬(蕃茄醬),拌勻。
3. 倒入已煮好的粒粒粉,拌勻。
4. 趁熱享用!

250g chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
190g corn
5-6 mini bell pepper (red and yellow), cut into small pieces (Reference)
4 tablespoon tomato sauce
Parsley
Black pepper
Salt
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water for 9 minutes, drain and set aside.
2. Preheat a pan with oil, toss the bell pepper, add chicken fillet. Season with parsley, black pepper and salt. Add corn and tomato sauce and mix well.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
4. Serve immediately.
