簡易高梁班戟 Simple Sorghum pancake

材料 Ingredients:
• 3/8 cup 高梁粉 sorghum flour
• 1/4 cup 有機木薯粉 organic tapioca flour
• 1 tbsp 奇亞籽 chia seed
• 2 tsp 有機泡打粉 organic baking powder
• 2 tsp 肉桂粉 cinnamon (optional)
• 1/4 tsp 鹽 salt
• 2 tbsp 蜜糖或糖漿 honey or syrup
• 1/4 cup 蘋果容 unsweetened applesauce
• 1 cup 植物奶 plant milk
做法 Instructions:
1. 在大碗內,把所有材料拌勻。
2. 把煎鍋慢火預熱和掃油,開始煮班戟。
3. 大約30秒至1分鐘,看到邊邊煮滾開始有泡,翻轉煎另一邊,大約1至2分鐘。
4. 煮好放在碟上。最後淋上你最喜愛的糖漿和灑上野莓粉。

2. Grease your pan, preheat in low heat and begin to cook the pancakes.
3. Cook for 30s to 1 minute, until they start to bubble around the edges and flip. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Remove from the pan. Serve with your favourite syrup and top with Arctic Power Berries powders.
