The recipe is also free of gluten, egg, dairy, soy, and nuts. Suitable for vegans.

No Added Sugar
Traditional mung bean cakes use a large amount of sugar and fats. We advanced the creation to a 'no added sugar' version using monk fruit sweetener as a replacement to provide the sweetness. The mung bean cakes are all produced with olive oil which contains good fats.
Suitable for low-carb diet
No flour and sugar are used in these cakes. Suitable for those who pursue a low-carb diet, and those who look for low-sugar festive dessert options.
