In 2017, we first launched our gluten-free pancake and waffle pre-mix. 3 years later, we have improved the recipe creating this new pancake mix with even higher nutritional values.
Only need to add water and seasonings, even beginners can cook delicious and healthy pancakes at home!

The main ingredients (76%) are organic teff flour and organic buckwheat flour.
Organic teff flour: Teff is an Ethiopian ancient grain and superfood. It has the smallest grain size in the world! Teff is naturally gluten-free, contains dietary fibre (7g in 100g) which promotes intestinal health, and rich in calcium and iron. It’s estimated that 20-40% of the carbohydrates in teﬀ are resistant starches which can beneﬁt blood-sugar management, weight control, and colon health.
Organic buckwheat flour: Buckwheat are naturally gluten-free, rich in protein and minerals, e.g. copper which is beneficial to heart health, magnesium which is beneficial to metabolism. Buckwheat also contains rutin, a bioflavonoid thought to help control blood pressure and prevents blood from clotting.
No chemical emulsifier and preservatives. No xanthan gum.
How to Use
Portion: 4 pancakes or 2 waffles
1) In a bowl add 90g (1/3 cup)* pancake pre-mix, 8g (1tbsp) sugar or 5.5g monk fruit sweetener, 125g (1/2 cup)* water & pinch of salt.
2) Mix all ingredients well.
3) Pancake: Pre-heat saucepan with low heat. Pour the batter onto the saucepan. Wait for 30s-1min until the bottom side is cooked. Flip over, cook the other side until it’s done.
Waffle: Spray waffle mold with oil & preheat. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron. Close the lid & wait for 15 mins until the waffle is cooked thoroughly. (Waffle may stick to the mold if the waffle is not cooked thoroughly. Adding salt in the first step can help prevent sticking.)
Sugar may use white sugar, brown sugar, cane sugar, coconut sugar & monk fruit sweetener, etc.
