Gluten-free bread generally gives the impression of dry and hard, has a strange and weird taste, and can far be described as "delicious". Also, most of the gluten-free recipes have eggs (because the dough is much easier to handle after adding eggs!). It has been quite frustrating for those people who are allergic or intolerant to eggs.
Even it is without eggs, often the product contains much sugar and chemical emulsifier which is not healthy...

From now on, you don't have to look around anymore! After more than a year of experimenting and development, we finally developed two gluten-free bread recipes without the above troubles! With these two bread pre-mixes, you can make gluten-free bread at home with ease. Simply follow the recipe on the back of the package, novices and beginners can also do it! The texture of the bread is full of softness and moisture with a nice aroma... will definitely change your mind on gluten-free bread! 

Designed in Hong Kong, our bread mix recipe is truly gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, nut-free, vegan friendly, with no added sugar, preservatives and chemical emulsifiers.
 One pack of bread mix can make one loaf of bread ~450g.

不用麵包機,不用傳統小麥麵包手藝,攪拌即可,即使未做過麵包的初學者也無難道!
無焗爐?蒸吧!除了用傳統焗的方法來做方形吐司,也可放在陶瓷碗隔水蒸,做出可愛好吃的無麩包包~

藜麥麵包可被視為「白麵包」,味道比苔麩麵包較清淡,可配各種果醬或做成三文治。
藜麥麵包含古老穀物高粱 (Sorghum)。高粱含礦物質銅和鐵,有利於血液循環和紅細胞發育;含有機藜麥,提供完全蛋白,人體所需的全部9種氨基酸。
藜麥麵包的甜味以天然的羅漢果糖取代添加糖。食譜更為低鹽配方,一個450克麵包只需2克鹽,主要用作提升風味。
無麩「白麵包」也可好健康!
This quinoa bread can be served as "plain white bread" as the taste is milder than the teff bread. The bread goes well with different jams and makes it into sandwiches! 
Quinoa bread contains ancient grain sorghum. Sorghum provides minerals copper and iron which promote blood circulation and red blood cell development. The bread also contains organic quinoa which provides complete protein and all nine of the essential amino acids.
The sweetness of the bread comes from the natural monk fruit sweetener instead of added sugar. This recipe is low in salt - 450g only requires 2g salt for flavour enhancement.

苔麩​麵包古老穀物苔麩 (28%)。苔麩不只低脂肪還含有大量纖維,更含豐富鐵質及鈣質,營養價值極高!
苔麩麵包的味道和質感​比藜麥麵包豐富。苔麩​本身已帶著堅果香味(淡淡的栗子和紅茶味)。
​巧克力,栗子,檸檬,深色漿果都是相配的食材。
苔麩麵包的甜味以天然的羅漢果糖取代添加糖。食譜更為低鹽配方,一個450克麵包只需2克鹽,主要用作提升風味。

The recipe in this pre-mix is the same as the hot-selling Bread of Life. 
Teff bread contains ancient grain teff (28%). Teff is low in fat, rich in dietary fibre, calcium and iron! Teff also gives a naturally nutty taste in the bread! (hint of chestnut and black tea). The flavour and texture of this bread is richer than the quinoa bread. Chocolate, chestnuts, lemon and black fruits are good flavour affinities.

你的無麩質麵包預拌粉可放入麵包機使用?
由於無麩質麵包的麵團較黏,製作原理與小麥麵包大不同,本公司設計的預拌粉不適宜放入普通麵包機使用。

為何用無麩質麵包預拌粉做出來的無麩質麵包那麼偏,是發唔起嗎?
試用小一點的模具吧!無麩質麵包體積比小麥麵包小一倍,建議配合約 10x10x10cm 的模具。
當然製作時也要確保酵母已被激活,才可令麵團正常發酵。
天氣冷會影響發酵時間,請耐心等候至兩倍大才放進焗爐!使用暖水也可促進發酵。

無麩質麵包怎麼做才可焗起後有氣孔般的結構?
建議使用無麩質麵包預拌粉時,攪拌麵團至無粉粒後再大力攪拌數分鐘,拌入足夠空氣和有時間讓無麩麵包預拌粉中的黃原膠黏著力更好更均勻,成品便會有美美的氣孔結構~
