Gluten-free bread generally gives the impression of dry and hard, has a strange and weird taste, and can far be described as "delicious". Also, most of the gluten-free recipes have eggs (because the dough is much easier to handle after adding eggs!). It has been quite frustrating for those people who are allergic or intolerant to eggs.
